John McCarthy leads Forrester’s research efforts as a vice president in the use of offshore providers and business process outsourcing.In his 09.08.2004 article published in SAP INFO ,he goes on to say that "China, Vietnam, and North Africa appear as possible target regions for offshoring in the future"and concludes :

"Offshoring will revolutionize the service sector, which has been the number one creator of jobs and the engine of growth in the United States for some 30 years"
